Welcome to the most magical place on Earth; the Walt Disney Company! In the 1990s the Walt Disney Company experienced the Disney Renaissance, an era of rapid expansion for both Disney animation and Disney theme parks on an international scale. Now, in 1998, with the release of Mulan, the opening of Disney's Animal Kingdom, and the simultaneous development of three new theme parks around the world, executives are tasked to sustain Disney's rapid success or fail trying. This committee will contain crisis elements like directives and crisis drops but will not include backroom notes to accurately simulate the inner workings of the Walt Disney Company. Will delegates "let their conscience be their guide" to creativity and inspiration, or will the Disney magic fade on the cusp of a new millennium?
