The year is 2010, and a group of journalists has just unearthed that rats have been running the majority of luxury eateries following the sudden success of Chef Gusteau's restaurant. Many decisions must be made in the wake of this finding, and Chef Skinner, who has been a harsh critic of the rat-run restaurant industry, has called together a group of important people to do just that. In this crisis committee, delegates will fill the roles of chefs, the media, rats, French government officials, and many more. They must work for the goals of their character to be fulfilled, all while navigating the international media storm surrounding the exposé leaked by the journalists and health disasters that may arise as a result of their actions within their committee.​
